Welcome to VoIPLeader, a provider of internet-based business phone services. By activating, using, or paying for our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Overview
VoIPLeader provides cloud-based phone and communication services designed for business use. Our service requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and compatible equipment.
2. 911 and Emergency Calling
VoIPLeader does not support traditional 911 emergency calls.
While we may offer E911 capabilities in some areas, you must understand that:
- VoIP service may not function during power or internet outages.
- Emergency personnel may not automatically receive your physical location.
- You must provide and maintain an accurate registered address for each VoIP line.
We strongly recommend maintaining an alternate means of emergency communication (such as a mobile or landline phone).
3. Service Requirements
- You are responsible for providing internet connectivity and compatible devices.
- Service quality may vary depending on your network, ISP, or power supply.
- VoIPLeader is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet or power failures.
4. Use of Service
- Service is intended for normal business voice use only.
- Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive use is strictly prohibited.
- You may not resell, transfer, or share the service without written consent.
VoIPLeader reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.
5. Billing and Payment
- Services are billed monthly or annually, as selected during sign-up if available.
- Charges are due in full on or before the billing date.
- None / Late payments may result in suspension or disconnection of service.
- All fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.
6. Number Porting
VoIPLeader supports porting your existing phone numbers in and out of our network after a pre specified period (currently after 3 months) , subject to carrier and regulatory limitations. Delays or rejections may occur due to incomplete information or carrier restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
VoIPLeader is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected service period.
8. Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy and safeguard account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or interception over the internet.
9. Changes to Service or Terms
VoIPLeader may modify these Terms, pricing, or features at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Termination
You may cancel your service at any time by notifying VoIPLeader in writing or through your online account. VoIPLeader may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
